Automatic FSW Production Line for Aluminum Alloy Wheel

The first domestic automatic FSW production line for Aluminum automobile hubs for European customers is integrated with QR code scanning, robot automatic loading and unloading, criterion automatic identification and positioning, wheel disc and rim clamping, and constant pressure welding. It’s suitable for the circumferential welding of aluminum automobile hub and cylinder components.

Functions

• The whole line runs unmanned.
• The FSW line has functions of laser tracking, welding pressure display, welding start point positioning, wheel QR code reading, and welding quality judging, which can realize the full automation of feeding, clamping, welding start point positioning, friction stir welding, finished products/waste products out-feeding, etc., without manpower intervening.
• The FSW line has a specialized HMI and process database. Full automation of product welding can be executed only by inputting the welding parameters of different products on HMI products on HMI.
